Cyprus Light
Designed for strong Mediterranean daylight
Cyprus homes get intense daylight for most of the year, so good lighting is as much about restraint as brightness. We pair lighting with shading and daylight sensors so artificial light only does what the sun is not already doing.
Tunable white keeps interiors crisp at midday and relaxed after sunset, which is easier on the eyes and on energy bills.

Lighting is the system you touch most, so it has to be dependable. We build on local processing, which means keypads and automations keep working even if the internet drops.
Remote access and voice are available on top, but the core never depends on a cloud service staying online.

Can I get smart lighting without rewiring my whole house?
Yes. In existing homes we use wireless dimmers and retrofit modules behind your current switches and fittings, so we rarely need to chase walls. New builds and full renovations are wired with KNX or Loxone for the most robust result. We assess the property and recommend the least invasive route to what you want.
Is this just smart bulbs like Philips Hue?
No. Smart bulbs are fine for a room or two, but they break down as a whole-home solution because every bulb is a separate point of failure and you lose your normal wall switches. We control the circuits themselves, so standard fittings stay smart, dimming is smoother, and the system is far more reliable.
Will the lights still work if the internet goes down?
Yes. The system runs locally, so keypads, scenes and automations keep working without an internet connection. Remote control from your phone and voice assistants are optional layers on top, not something the lighting depends on.
Does smart lighting really save energy?
Over a full year, yes, especially in larger Cyprus villas with a lot of outdoor and circulation lighting. Presence detection and schedules make sure lights are not left on in empty rooms, and dimming reduces consumption whenever full brightness is not needed.
Can lighting work together with blinds and air conditioning?
Yes, and that is where it gets powerful. On one platform, a single Evening or Away scene can dim the lights, close the blinds and adjust the climate together. We design lighting as part of the whole system rather than in isolation.
