We're building a portfolio of reference villas in Cyprus that future clients can see, touch and walk through. One owner gets a complete bespoke installation at hardware cost. We get a home worth showing.

One villa is selected. You receive a complete equipment proposal. Installation and planning are on us.
Questions we expect
What does “complimentary” actually cover?
All design, engineering, cabling, integration, programming, commissioning and handover. You only pay for the hardware itself, the lights, motors, panels, sensors, controllers, cameras.
Who is this for?
A private owner or developer with an exceptional villa in Cyprus, new build, renovation or recently finished. You should be decision-ready and proud to have the home photographed once finished.
When does it close?
As soon as we select the villa. We review applications as they come in and start private calls with the strongest fits within a few days.
Do I own everything afterwards?
Yes. Every device, line of programming and panel is yours. The only thing we ask is permission to photograph the finished home and, occasionally, a short reference call with serious future enquiries.
